When your booking is confirmed there is a contract in existence between us, you are then liable for full payment 
8 weeks prior to your holiday.  Please note that I could cancel any bookings made 
over 1 year in advance due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case your deposit is fully returnable.  
I must reserve this right until 365 days before your holiday commences. 
I also reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to a severe maintenance problem.
