| BOOKING CONDITIONS |
When your booking is confirmed there is a contract in existence between us, you are then liable for full payment 8 weeks prior to your holiday. Please note that any bookings made over 1 year in advance could be cancelled by myself or representative due to unforseen circumstances, in which case your deposit is fully returnable. I must reserve this right until 365 days before your holiday commences.
I also reserve the right to cancel your booking at any time due to a severe maintenance problem or any unforseen circumstances. In that case your deposit is returnable.

INSTRUCTIONS |
Please arrive after 4p.m. on Saturday, and leave before 10.00 a.m.on the following Saturday. Please contact Dawn Goldsmith a few days before you set out to arrange to meet her to collect the KEY Phone Cardigan 01239 613158

DIRECTIONS |
Take the road from the south side of Cardigan Bridge to St Dogmaels and turn off in St Dogmaels to Poppit. Continue along the river estuary south bank as far as you can go, the council car park is on the left with shop, and the R.N.L.I. boat house on the right. Carry straight on through the gate onto the track, with the dunes on the right and the cliffs on the left. MORAWEL is the second bungalow. See link to mapquest for detailed map of the area.

PAYMENT |
The deposit is 25% (min £45p/w) of the total. The balance of rent is due 8 weeks before your holiday.
