Fill up on hearty Welsh cawl this winter

Welsh cawl is a delicious, hearty stew that is perfect for winter. It is traditionally made with lamb, but you can also use beef or pork. The stew is usually made with potatoes, carrots, onions, and leeks, and is flavoured with thyme and parsley. Cawl is traditionally served with a slice of bread and a dollop of Welsh rarebit (a type of cheese on toast).
