Folly Farm
I have spent some time in Folly Farm over the years with the children. It’s a great place and has lots of attractions for everyone. The recent (ish) addition of a large indoor jungle gym means that even on wet / damps days there is somewhere to hide out of the rain. It’s a great mix of Farm / Zoo and amusement arcade. Always recommend the ‘show’ that they put on each day. Its free and acts as a nice time to quieten down the kids.
Last time we went they took Tesco vouchers so its an even better day out. Take a picnic.
They have recently completed a large sandpit called ‘The Destruction Playground’ which involved moving 340 tonnes of sand !!
