Hay Festival, Hay-on-Wye – 23 May to 2 June

One of the world’s most celebrated literary festivals, Hay Festival attracts some of the biggest names in writing, politics and the arts. This year’s line-up includes Salman Rushdie, Margaret Atwood, Michael Morpurgo and many more.

Green Man Festival, Brecon Beacons – 15 to 17 August

Green Man is an award-winning music and arts festival set in the stunning Brecon Beacons National Park. With a diverse line-up of music, comedy, theatre and dance, there’s something for everyone at Green Man.

Barrowland Ballet, Snowdonia – 26 September to 4 October

Barrowland Ballet is a contemporary dance company based in Snowdonia, North Wales. Their annual festival is a celebration of dance, music and the outdoors, with performances taking place in some of Snowdonia’s most spectacular locations.

Nozstock: The Hidden Valley, Herefordshire – 25 to 27 July

Nozstock is an independent music and arts festival set in the beautiful countryside of Herefordshire. With a diverse line-up of music, comedy, theatre and dance, there’s something for everyone at Nozstock.

Wales National Eisteddfod, Llanelli – 3 to 10 August

The National Eisteddfod is the largest festival of Welsh culture in the world. Held annually, it is a week-long celebration of Welsh language and culture, with music, dance, poetry and more.
