The event sees the RNLI’s crew based at Cardigan Bay launch their lifeboat from the beach, taking part in exciting demonstrations and exercises. There’s also plenty of stalls and entertainment for the whole family.
No visit to Poppit Sands would be complete without trying some of the local seafood. From fresh mussels and crab to prawns and lobster, you can pick up some of the freshest seafood around.
